We’re looking forward to partnering with your church. Thank you for trusting us to join you in your Gospel mission and letting us have a small part in what you’re doing to reach your community.
As we get things going, there are a few things you can expect to come next in the on-boarding process.
Getting Started Team Lead
We will be sending you a series of automated emails. One email will have an invoice link to pay the setup fee. If you’d rather make other arrangements, that’s totally fine!
That’s it for the most part. We will handle most of the process for you to get your church On-Boarded with our Simplify Church Bookkeeping System.
Now that the On-Boarding process is started, we’ll help walk you through most of the process. You can expect a few things to happen next that will guide you through the process.
Once the setup fee is finalized, we will also give you access to Grow (our Online, On-Demand Management System). In Grow, you will find a to-do list with attached forms that we’ll need from you.
After that, you will receive an email to schedule a Get Started Call with someone from our On-Boarding Team. They will get the nitty-gritty details about your church and the specific information we’ll need to serve you.
From there, we just need the forms provided in Grow to be finalized and uploaded, and remember, we’re always here to help you through the process.
HOW LONG WILL ON-BOARDING TAKE?
We try to get things going as quickly as possible for you. Generally speaking, when we get the documents returned in a timely fashion we can have your church on-boarded in about 2 weeks or less.
CAN WE HAVE MULTIPLE CONTACTS?
Absolutely, we can set up multiple people at your church with access to the portal. Like anything though, the more people involved the more complex things can get. We recommend keeping access to only a few key people.
WHAT DOES THE SETUP FEE COVER?
The setup fee covers some costs we incur getting your church On-Boarded. We get your signatures encrypted and setup with a few other systems that we utilize. It also includes 2 Months of catch up work for your account. That means we will go back 2 months and catch up any bank data entry and reconciliations that must be done.
Any catch up work over 2 months may incur an additional per hour fee but we’ll coordinate that with you prior to doing any work so there are no surprises.
